Ottili ONE is organised around one company. Every product — Ottili HQ, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3 and Ottili Cloud — runs inside your company space. Your company is the boundary for data, identity and permissions, so one login reaches your whole workspace.
Invite and organise your team
Invite people to your company and group them into teams. Everyone signs in once and works inside the same company space, so the team shares the same data, products and settings.
Roles and permissions
Permissions are defined once in a shared role model and respected across every product, including approval gates. Account owners and admins manage the company; members work within the permissions assigned to them.
One shared credits wallet
One credits wallet backs AI, execution and API usage across every product. Spend is reserved before work begins, settled on success and released on abort, so retries never double-charge.
Product access by company
Activate products for your company. Each activation is company-scoped, so what your company enables is what your team can use — there is no separate account per product.
Company-scoped API keys
Create and revoke company-scoped API keys from the console. Keys are bound to your company and let your own apps call the public API without exposing internal service credentials. The public API resolves your company and permissions before any request.
Append-only audit trail
Every state-changing action is recorded in an append-only audit trail. No audit record can be modified or deleted, so you can see who did what and when across the company.
Tenant isolation
All data is isolated per company workspace. No cross-company data flows through the platform gateway, so your company space stays logically separate from every other company.
