The terms that govern your use of Ottili ONE.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ottili ONE, you agree to these terms. If you are using Ottili ONE on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Products covered
These terms govern the Ottili ONE software ecosystem from Ottili and its public products: Ottili HQ, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3 and Ottili Cloud. Where a product offers its own additional terms, those apply alongside these terms.
Accounts and companies
Ottili ONE is organized around companies. A workspace belongs to one company, and you are responsible for who you invite and what they do with your company's workspace. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials safe, and may close your account at any time.
Acceptable use
You may use Ottili ONE for legitimate business automation purposes. You may not use the platform to violate any laws, send spam, scrape data without permission, infringe third-party rights, or operate in ways that harm other users or third-party services.
Free and paid plans
The core Ottili ONE dashboard, your workspace and essential everyday operations stay free to use, with no credit card required to start. Advanced automation, heavy AI execution, deployments and premium modules are delivered through paid plans or credits when you are ready for them.
Credits and metered usage
Cost-generating actions such as AI execution and heavy automation are metered through credits, so you pay for what you actually use. You are never charged without explicit confirmation, and final plan and credit pricing is announced before public billing begins.
Beta and preview services
Some features, products or integrations are provided as beta, preview, early access or similar labels. These may change, be limited, paused or removed, are provided without service-level commitments, and may not be as reliable or secure as generally available features.
Your data and workspace
You own the data you bring into your Ottili ONE workspace. We process it on your behalf to operate the platform. You are responsible for the integrations you connect and the workflows you configure.
AI and automation
Ottili ONE uses AI to assist with business tasks. AI outputs require your review before being sent externally. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it reaches customers, partners or external systems.
Availability
We work to keep Ottili ONE available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, especially for beta, preview or early-access functionality. Maintenance, updates and interruptions may occur, and we will communicate planned maintenance where practical.
Support
Support is provided through our documentation, status page and support channels. We aim to help, but we do not guarantee a specific response time or service-level agreement unless a paid plan states otherwise. For questions, contact support@ottili.one.
Early access
During early access, features may change, be removed or be replaced. We will communicate significant changes via email or platform notifications. Billing terms are confirmed before any charges occur.
Limitation of liability
Ottili ONE is provided as-is during early access. We are not liable for automation errors, data loss due to integration failures, or business outcomes resulting from platform use. Use the approval system for all critical external actions.
Termination
You may stop using Ottili ONE and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and other users. After termination you can export your data where the product supports it, and we retain or delete data according to our privacy notice.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact support@ottili.one.
Terms of Service resolve from the central Ottili registry and are pending verification from official business records.
