Your workspace belongs to a company. Every business object — leads, deals, files and modules — is scoped to that company, so data stays isolated between companies through Ottili Auth.

Invite teammates from your company settings. Each member gets their own login through Ottili Auth and can be assigned roles and permissions inside Ottili ONE.

Yes. You can switch between companies from the company switcher, and each company keeps its own data, modules and members. This is useful for agencies and holding structures.

Authentication is handled by Ottili Auth using signed JWT access tokens. Company data is isolated by company_id, and every important action is logged and auditable inside Ottili ONE.

Your personal login stays with you, but access to a company's data ends when your membership is removed. Files, deals and modules remain inside the company you left.

Roles and permissions are company-scoped and apply across modules such as Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3 and Ottili Cloud. Admins control who can launch, edit or publish within each company.

Ottili ONE is currently in early access with no fixed pricing. We offer a free tier to get started, and pricing will be confirmed before any billing begins. The planned structure includes Starter, Pro and Business tiers with module-based expansion.

Yes. Ottili ONE has a Free Forever plan — the dashboard, core workspace and essential everyday operations stay free with no credit card and no expiry. Cost-generating or high-value features (advanced AI execution, Ottili Coder, LD3, API access, high-volume automation) run on paid plans or credits. You are never charged without explicit confirmation.

The Starter tier includes the core workspace, Ottili HQ, basic automations and the approval queue. Pro adds advanced automations, more modules and priority support. Business includes custom integrations, dedicated onboarding and SLA support. Exact inclusions will be confirmed before launch.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your needs change. We will make plan changes straightforward without forcing you into long-term commitments.

Modules are included in tiers up to a limit, with additional modules available as add-ons. Some modules are in beta and included during early access. Final module pricing will be confirmed before billing starts.

The free tier is available now. Paid pricing and broader product availability (Ottili HQ, Coder, LD3, AI Platform, Cloud) will be announced before public beta. Each product shows its current public status on its page.

Ottili credits are the usage-based currency for cost-generating actions such as AI execution, heavy automation and premium module usage. You spend credits for what you actually use, so value scales with activity rather than per seat.

AI features run on Ottili AI credits, not per seat. Wallets recharge automatically when low or you top up manually — you are never charged without explicit confirmation. Credit pricing is announced before public beta and shown on the pricing page.

No. The dashboard, core workspace and essential everyday operations stay free. Only cost-generating or high-value actions (advanced AI execution, Ottili Coder, LD3, API access, high-volume automation) draw from credits or a paid plan.

Yes. Company credits and usage controls let owners set budgets, review spend and limit who can trigger credit-consuming actions. Ottili AI budget tracking shows real-time consumption across the workspace.

Your free features keep working. Credit-metered actions pause until you top up or your wallet auto-recharges. You are never charged without explicit confirmation, and nothing is deleted for running low on credits.

Core modules include Ottili HQ (CRM/ERP), Ottili AI, Flows (workflow automation), and Files. Beta modules include Ottili LD3 (content automation), Ottili Coder (development workflows), Marketplace Connect and Shopping. Ottili Shop is coming soon.

No. Ottili ONE is modular. Start with the core workspace and activate only the modules you need. You can add modules later as your business grows or your workflows become more complex.

Beta modules are functional and actively used, but features and workflows may evolve rapidly. We prioritize data integrity and real utility over feature breadth. Beta modules are included during early access and will be stabilized before general release.

Yes. We build modules based on real business needs. Contact us with your use case and we will consider it for our roadmap.

No. Ottili ONE includes AI, but it is a full business automation workspace with dashboards, modules, integrations, workflows, approvals and company context. AI is one layer of the platform, not the entire product.

Ottili AI works inside your workspace with access to your tools, data, modules and the permissions you define. You can ask questions, create missions and let AI prepare work that you review before execution.

Yes. Important actions go through an approval queue before they are sent, published, changed or executed. You maintain full control over customer-facing actions, billing steps and external system changes.

Ottili ONE supports multiple AI providers including Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini. You can use our managed AI or bring your own API keys (BYOK) for direct provider access and cost control.

No. Your business data is not used to train third-party AI models. AI providers may have their own data usage policies, but we do not send your data for model training purposes.

You own your data. Ottili ONE is a platform layer — your data remains yours. We provide tools to export your data, and you can delete your workspace at any time.

We use TLS encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit trails and per-company data isolation. Important actions require approval, and system activity is logged for security and compliance.

Ottili ONE runs on European infrastructure with data centers in the EU. This helps with GDPR compliance and data sovereignty for European businesses.

Yes. We provide data export capabilities so you can back up your data or migrate to another system if needed.

You can export your data before cancellation. After cancellation, your data is retained for a grace period and then securely deleted according to our data retention policy.

Ottili Coder is our chat-first software automation product. You describe a software mission in plain language, and Ottili Coder turns it into a structured, reviewable task queue instead of a one-off prompt.

Ottili Coder is included as a beta module during early access. It is functional and actively used, but some workflows — such as cloud deployment targets — are still in beta and may evolve.

Coder is built for developers, but Ottili AI can prepare and explain engineering work so non-developers can follow along and review.

Coder inspects your stack, dependencies, likely build paths, risks and missing information, then generates a real task queue. Tasks run through role-based agents (analyst, backend, frontend, infra, QA, security, docs, UX) with validation loops, retries and explicit failure states before any change is marked done.

You choose where work runs: on your machine, in Ottili Cloud, or a hybrid of both. The same task queue, logs and validation behave consistently across every execution mode.

Yes. Coder opens branches, commits, pushes and prepares pull requests from agent output. Every change is reviewable, attributable and reversible, with a clean Git history per run.

Every task runs through validation loops with tests, type checks and security gates. Dependency and secret risk reviews (Ottili Security Check) flow into the same task system, so risky packages can be triaged, fixed, validated and audited before deployment.

Ottili LD3 is our content automation module. It runs a single workflow across sources, topic detection, source verification, fact extraction, independent content generation, media planning, review and publishing.

Ottili LD3 is included as a beta module during early access. Publishing is draft and approval-first, so nothing reaches a channel without your explicit review.

Ottili LD3 supports your editorial process — topic detection, fact extraction and independent content generation — but you stay in control and review every piece before it is published.

Ottili LD3 verifies each source, extracts facts with source confidence, and surfaces a fact map per claim. You see which source backs each statement before any draft is approved.

Ottili LD3 produces content packages and channel previews, but publishing is approval-first. You approve each package, and Ottili LD3 logs every publish for an auditable trail.

Ottili Cloud is our managed cloud product that hosts your Ottili ONE workspace on European infrastructure, so you get security, updates and availability without running servers yourself.

Yes. Ottili ONE runs on European infrastructure with EU data centers, which supports GDPR compliance and data sovereignty for European businesses.

Ottili Cloud includes managed hosting, automated backups, TLS encryption and operational monitoring. Current availability and uptime are always shown on our status page.

No. Ottili ONE is a hosted platform. We manage infrastructure, security, updates and availability so you can focus on your business.

Self-hosting is not currently available. We offer a hosted platform to ensure security, reliability and seamless updates. If you have specific self-hosting requirements, contact us to discuss.

We are in early access and building toward production-grade availability. SLA support will be available for Business tier customers once we move out of early access. Current status is always available on our status page.

We maintain regular automated backups of your workspace data as part of our operational runbook, with recovery procedures in place. Exact RPO/RTO and point-in-time recovery are finalized as we move out of early access.

We support Shopify, eBay, Stripe, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, GitHub, n8n and various AI providers. Additional integrations are being added based on user needs.

Yes. Business tier includes custom integrations, and we provide API access for building your own connections. API documentation is available for developers.

Integrations connect your existing tools to Ottili ONE. Data flows into the platform context, workflows can trigger actions in connected systems, and AI can work with real business data from your tools.

Ottili ONE does not charge extra for integrations. However, third-party services may have their own pricing (e.g., Shopify plans, Stripe fees). BYOK allows you to use your own AI provider keys for cost control.

Pricing will be confirmed and communicated clearly before any billing begins. You will not be charged during early access, and early access users will have transition options.

Final payment methods will be confirmed before billing starts. Transaction integrations such as Stripe are already part of the platform.

Yes. Once billing begins, you will receive invoices for your plan and any add-on modules. VAT handling will follow the rules applicable to your company location.

No. Ottili never charges you without your explicit confirmation. Every paid plan, credit recharge, or add-on module is confirmed by you before any amount is taken. During early access you are not charged at all.

Every company sets hard monthly credit caps, and workspaces can have their own sub-caps. Caps stop usage at the limit, so there are no surprise overages.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. Plan changes are straightforward, without long-term contracts, and any new pricing is confirmed before it applies.

Refund policies will be defined when billing launches. We aim to be fair and transparent, and early access users will not face unexpected charges.

Yes. We provide documentation for features, workflows, API references and integration guides. Documentation is continuously updated as the platform evolves.

Feature requests can be submitted through our support channel or discussed in our community. We build features based on user feedback and business needs.

Early access means the platform is stable and usable, but features and workflows are still evolving. We prioritize data integrity and real utility over feature breadth. Pricing is not yet finalized, and some modules are in beta.

Yes. We maintain high standards for data integrity, security and stability. However, you should expect occasional workflow adjustments as we refine the platform. Critical production workflows should be tested thoroughly.

We do not have a fixed date. We will move to general availability when the platform meets our stability, feature completeness and support standards. Early access users will be notified in advance.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts forcing you to stay.

You can export your data before cancellation. Your workspace will remain accessible until the end of your billing period, after which it will be archived and then securely deleted.

Yes. You can reactivate your account, though data restoration may be limited depending on how much time has passed since cancellation.
