Ottili Console

The control surface for your whole Ottili ONE workspace.

Ottili Console is where you run and observe Ottili ONE. One account reaches every product — Ottili HQ, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3 and Ottili Cloud — through one company, one set of teams, one billing relationship, one credits wallet and one security model. You manage accounts, companies, teams, products, billing, credits, usage, API keys, security and settings in a single place.

The operational surface

One console for every product you use.

Ottili ONE products are real products with their own surfaces. Ottili Console is the shared control surface on top of them: the place where an account administers the company, invites the team, activates products, pays and tracks usage, issues API keys and sets security and preferences. It is the human control plane for the shared foundation (Ottili Core) that the products are built on.

Ottili Console is the customer-facing control surface (account, company, teams, products, billing, credits, usage, API keys, security, settings). It sits on top of Ottili Core, the shared backend foundation, and is not sold as a standalone product.

Customer-facing control surface

Ten surfaces, one console.

These are the control-surface areas every account uses to run and observe Ottili ONE. They are shared, company-scoped and consistent across the whole ecosystem.

  • Account

    Beta

Manage your personal account: profile, sign-in methods, active sessions and multi-factor authentication. One Ottili identity reaches every product, so you sign in once and stay signed in across the ecosystem.

  • Companies

    Beta

Switch between the companies you belong to and manage each company's profile, branding and workspace configuration. Every business object belongs to a company, so the company is the boundary that keeps your data isolated.

  • Teams

    Private Beta

Invite members, organise them into teams and assign roles. Permissions are defined once in the shared role model and respected across every product, including approval gates.

  • Products & modules

    Beta

Activate and manage the Ottili ONE products and modules available to your company — Ottili HQ, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3, Ottili Cloud and the capabilities that extend them — from one place.

  • Billing & subscriptions

    Private Beta

See your plans and subscriptions, review invoices and manage the company's payment relationship. Billing is one company relationship that backs every product, attributed to the company rather than scattered per product.

  • Credits

    Beta

Track the company credits wallet that backs AI, execution and API usage across every product. Spend is reserved before work begins, settled on success and released on abort, so retries never double-charge.

  • Usage

    Beta

Review usage analytics, quotas and limits across products. Usage is measured against the company's credits and plans, so you can see what is consuming budget before it becomes a surprise.

  • API keys

    Beta

Create and scope company API keys from the console. Keys are scoped to your company and let your own apps and integrations call the public API without exposing internal service credentials.

  • Security

    Beta

Control multi-factor authentication, review active sessions, and inspect the security history and audit log of changes. Security settings apply across the whole company, not per product.

  • Settings

    Beta

Set workspace preferences: notifications, integrations, appearance, privacy and locale. Preferences follow the company so the workspace feels consistent for every member.

How it groups

Grouped the way you actually work.

The ten surfaces group into a few clear sections, so the console never feels like a wall of settings.

Account & identity

Who you are and how you sign in.

  • Account

    Beta

Manage your personal account: profile, sign-in methods, active sessions and multi-factor authentication. One Ottili identity reaches every product, so you sign in once and stay signed in across the ecosystem.

  • Security

    Beta

Control multi-factor authentication, review active sessions, and inspect the security history and audit log of changes. Security settings apply across the whole company, not per product.

Company & teams

The tenant boundary and the people in it.

  • Companies

Products & modules

What your company can do.

  • Products & modules

    Beta

Activate and manage the Ottili ONE products and modules available to your company — Ottili HQ, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3, Ottili Cloud and the capabilities that extend them — from one place.

Billing, credits & usage

What you pay for and what you consume.

API keys

Let your own apps and integrations in.

  • API keys

    Beta

Create and scope company API keys from the console. Keys are scoped to your company and let your own apps and integrations call the public API without exposing internal service credentials.

Settings

How the workspace behaves for everyone.

  • Settings

    Beta

Set workspace preferences: notifications, integrations, appearance, privacy and locale. Preferences follow the company so the workspace feels consistent for every member.

How it fits together

Ottili → Ottili ONE → Core + Console → products.

The brand, the software ecosystem, the shared foundation and the operational surface, and the products you use form one clear hierarchy. Ottili Core is the backend foundation; Ottili Console is the control surface built on top of it.

For developers

Issue API keys and call the public API

From the console you create company-scoped API keys and use them to call the documented public API. The public API is clearly separated from the internal services that run the platform, so the public reference never exposes internal endpoints, admin routes or infrastructure detail.

Scoped API keys

Create and revoke company-scoped API keys in the console. Keys are bound to your company and never expose internal service credentials.

Company context resolved for you

The public API resolves your company and permissions before any request, so your app always acts within the right company boundary.

Documented public contract

A stable, versioned public API is shared by the products and your own integrations. Internal services are not part of the public reference.

Predictable responses

Responses carry the data and status your app needs, with no private infrastructure detail. Failures return a clear, normalized error envelope.

Availability

Available through Early Access.

Ottili Console is available through the Ottili Early Access program. Core systems are operational while selected customer-facing products are prepared for public beta. You reach the console at dashboard.ottili.one. Nothing is charged without explicit confirmation.
