Ottili ONE is billed per company*, not per person. Every company gets its own subscription, plan and usage limits, so usage and entitlements stay cleanly separated between companies you manage.
This article explains the billing model, how to choose a plan, and where to find current prices. Deeper topics — credits and wallets, usage limits, invoices and payments, and plan changes — are covered in the related articles below.
Company-based billing
Each company in Ottili ONE has its own:
- Subscription and plan* — the plan is selected per company, not per user.
- Usage limits* — AI credits, API requests, storage and other meters are scoped to the company.
- Payment method and invoices* — managed per company through Stripe.
This keeps multi-company accounts isolated: you can upgrade one company without affecting another, and usage never leaks across company boundaries.
Billing provider
Ottili ONE uses Stripe* for secure payment processing. Stripe powers:
- Checkout* for plan subscriptions.
- The customer portal* for self-service payment-method and subscription management.
- Automatic invoices* with line items and totals.
- Webhooks* that keep payment state in sync in real time.
You never enter card details directly into Ottili ONE — Stripe handles the sensitive parts.
Choosing a plan
Free Forever
The Free Forever* plan costs €0* and is available to every company. It is the right starting point for validation, a personal setup, or a tiny team. It includes the core dashboard and settings, community support, and a limited allowance of usage meters (AI credits, API requests, storage and more).
Free Forever is intentionally permanent — it does not expire and is not a time-limited trial.
The exact Free Forever allowances (seats, storage, AI credits, API requests, automation runs and more) and the precise split of what is free*, paid*, or credit-backed* are defined in the [usage & limits reference](/docs/usage-and-limits). That contract is the single source of truth the dashboard renders from — it never invents a price or limit.
Paid plans
Paid plans are structured by capability tier*, from plans for individual contributors and small teams up to multi-team and Enterprise configurations. They increase the usage allowances (credits, seats, storage, API requests, active modules) and unlock priority support.
Exact paid-plan prices are announced before public beta / general availability.* The live plan matrix with current prices lives on the [public pricing page](/pricing). Because prices are finalized progressively, this documentation describes *how* plans and billing work rather than quoting fixed euro amounts that could go stale.
If you need current enterprise pricing or a custom configuration, contact Ottili via the [contact page](/contact) or the in-dashboard Support.
What is available now vs. planned
Ottili ONE is in early access*. The following is an honest status of the billing surface:
- Available now:* the Free Forever plan, company-wide AI credits and wallets, usage metering, and the billing concepts described here.
- Being prepared:* self-serve paid checkout, automated invoices for paid plans, and prorated plan changes. These follow the same company-based, credit-aware model described in this guide.
Where to manage billing
Open Settings → Billing* inside the Ottili ONE dashboard. Billing is scoped to your current company context, so switch to the relevant company first if you manage more than one.
The billing summary shows your current plan, next invoice date and amount, usage versus limits for key meters, the payment method on file, and your subscription status.
