Ottili Files is the core file and storage foundation of Ottili ONE. It is not a small upload widget — it is the shared storage layer that powers users, companies, Ottili AI, Business Hub, Flows, and LD3.

What you can do

  • Upload and organise: store documents, images, and exports in folders.
  • Share: attach files to customers, orders, and tasks in Business Hub.
  • Control access: files are company-scoped and respect role permissions.
  • Automate: Flows and AI read and produce files as part of workflows.

    Every file belongs to a company. Access follows the same tenant boundary as the rest of Ottili ONE, so files never leak across companies.

    Used across the platform

  • Ottili AI reads files for context and can generate new ones.
  • Business Hub links files to records (contracts, briefs, receipts).
  • LD3 uses source files and media as publishing inputs.
  • Flows move and transform files as steps.

  • Use consistent folders per customer or project for easy retrieval.
  • Grant only the roles that need a file — permissions are enforced everywhere.
