Ottili ONE System Requirements

What you need to use Ottili ONE: a supported browser or desktop app, an internet connection, and a company account through Ottili Auth.

Ottili ONE is a cloud platform: your company's data, auth, and modules live in the shared Ottili ONE control plane and are reached through the web dashboard and optional desktop apps. This page lists what you need before you start.

1. Access method

You can use Ottili ONE in either of two ways:

  • Web dashboard* — open [dashboard.ottili.one](https://dashboard.ottili.one) in a current, evergreen browser. No install required.
  • Desktop apps* — Ottili ONE Desktop and Ottili Coder Desktop are available for Windows, macOS and Linux*. They wrap the same dashboard and add local integration (file picking, OS notifications, and a dedicated window for Coder).

2. Browser requirements

A current evergreen browser with cookies and local storage enabled:

  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (latest)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest)
  • Apple Safari (latest)

Keep cookies enabled for the Ottili dashboard host so you stay signed in across sessions. If your browser blocks third-party storage in private mode, some surfaces may ask you to re-authenticate.

3. Network

  • A working internet connection.
  • Access to *.ottili.one hosts (dashboard, auth, api, docs, status). No special firewall allowlist is required beyond standard HTTPS egress.

4. Account and company context

Ottili ONE is company-scoped. You need:

  • A company account*, created through Ottili Auth (one login, one company).
  • Membership in a company (invited by an admin, or created when you sign up).
  • The right role* for what you want to do — admins manage company, modules and team; members use the modules they are granted.

There is no separate server or database to provision: identity, data and modules are provided by the shared Ottili ONE platform and isolated per company.

5. Optional: desktop app

If you install a desktop app, pick the build for your operating system (Windows, macOS or Linux) from the download page and run the installer. Sign in with the same Ottili Auth account you use in the browser — your company, modules and data are identical across surfaces.
