# Marketplace Connect

Marketplace Connect brings your selling channels — Shopify, eBay, and Kleinanzeigen — into Ottili ONE so orders, listings, and customers live in one place instead of three dashboards.

Connect a channel

1. Go to Settings → Modules → Marketplace Connect.

2. Choose a channel and authorise the connection.

3. Pick what to sync (orders, products, customers).

4. Review the permission scope — connections are read-and-prepare by default.

Unified operations

  • Orders: channel orders appear in Business Hub, normalised to one format.
  • Inventory: stock levels stay consistent across channels.
  • Listings: create and update listings from one product source.
  • Customers: buyers are matched to your customer records.

    • Safety

    Writing back to a marketplace or messaging a customer always goes through approval first. Connecting a channel never hands over control.

    Tips

  • Keep one product source of truth (Ottili Shop or Business Hub) and sync outwards.
  • Use Flows to automate listing updates and order follow-ups across channels.
