Navigate the Ottili Console

Overview

The Ottili Console is the central control surface of Ottili ONE. This is where you set up and observe the platform: account, company, team, products, billing, credits, usage, API keys, security and settings — in one place.

Important: the Ottili Console is a control surface, not a standalone product. It complements the workspace ([dashboard.ottili.one](https://dashboard.ottili.one)), where you do daily work in modules like Ottili HQ, Ottili AI and Ottili Flows. In the Console you manage the platform; in the workspace you do the actual work.

Every business object in Ottili ONE belongs to a company. The company is the tenant boundary that isolates your data. The Console is the surface teams use to run and observe the platform.

Open the Ottili Console

• Sign in once with your Ottili account (Ottili Auth).
• Open the Ottili Console from your account. The public explainer page is at [ottili.one/console](https://ottili.one/console).
• You stay signed in across every Ottili surface — one login, one account, one company.

The areas of the Ottili Console

The Console is organized into ten control-surface areas, each grouping related tasks:

Area by area

Account

In the Account area you manage your Ottili identity: profile, sign-in methods and active sessions. One sign-in reaches every product — you stay signed in across Ottili ONE, Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, Ottili LD3 and Ottili Cloud.

Company

Every business object belongs to a company. In the Console you switch between the companies you belong to and manage each one's profile, branding and workspace configuration.

Team

Invite team members, assign roles and organize your team structure. Permissions are set by the company admin.

Products & modules

Activate and manage Ottili ONE products and modules. The core platform is live; individual modules roll out gradually.

Billing & subscriptions

Billing is one company relationship that backs every product, attributed to the company rather than scattered per product. Here you see plans, invoices and payment relationships.

Credits

Credits track the company wallet that backs AI, execution and API usage across products. Spend is reserved before work begins, settled on success and released on abort, so retries never double-charge.

Usage

Usage is measured against the company's credits and plans. Review usage analytics before it becomes a surprise. When a credit balance or budget is exhausted, generation requests return a clear error rather than over-spending.

API keys

Create and scope company-wide API keys. Keys are scoped to your company and let your own apps and integrations call the public API without exposing internal service credentials.

Security

Security settings apply across the whole company, not per product. You control MFA, review active sessions, and inspect the security history and audit log of changes. Every Ottili record is company-scoped and actions are auditable.

Settings

Workspace preferences follow the company so the workspace feels consistent for every member. Settings cover notifications, integrations, appearance, privacy and locale. Module-specific settings appear under each product's respective surface in the Console.

• Workspace (dashboard.ottili.one)*: work — Ottili HQ for ERP/CRM, Ottili AI for AI assistance, Ottili Flows for automation, and more modules.

Both surfaces share the same login, the same company and the same permissions.

Availability and status

The Ottili Console is rolling out to companies gradually. Individual areas currently carry a Beta or Early Access status. That means:

• Beta*: publicly available in a pre-release state; may change.
• Early Access*: available through an early-access program to a limited group.
