Upgrades, downgrades & cancellation

How to change your Ottili ONE plan or billing interval, what happens on cancellation, and where to get billing support.

This article explains how plan changes work in Ottili ONE. All changes are per company* and take effect within your company context in Settings → Billing*.

Upgrading your plan

  • An upgrade* takes effect immediately* and unlocks the higher plan's entitlements (more credits, seats, storage, API requests, active modules, priority support).
  • The price difference for the current period is handled through proration* — you pay for the upgraded portion of the cycle, not the full new price upfront.
  • Upgrades never lose your data or configuration.

Downgrading your plan

  • A downgrade* is typically applied at the end of the current billing cycle*, so you keep the higher plan's allowances until then.
  • When the lower plan takes effect, entitlements adjust to its allowances. If you are above a lower limit (for example seats or storage), you may need to reduce usage to fit.
  • Downgrades also preserve your data; only the allowance changes.

Changing the billing interval

Plans can usually be billed monthly* or annually*. Switching the interval is treated like a plan change — immediate for upgrades to annual, end-of-cycle for downgrades to monthly — with proration applied.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel* from Settings → Billing*. Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Your data is retained* after cancellation according to Ottili's retention policy; you are not wiped immediately.
  • You can reactivate* later by resubscribing; your configuration remains where you left it where the product allows.
Cancellation and reactivation follow the same company-scoped, credit-aware model: nothing is charged without explicit confirmation.

Comparing plans before you change

Before upgrading or downgrading, open Plan comparison* in the dashboard

(/dashboard/plans/compare). It shows one accurate comparison of every Ottili ONE

plan — limits, included modules and bundles, support, credits and honest product

availability — derived entirely from the real catalog, not marketing claims. You can

also read the business-outcome explanation for each plan to pick the right tier.

Operators can publish an idempotent, catalog-versioned snapshot from

Admin → Billing → Plan comparison* to share a frozen quote reference.

Getting billing support

If you have a billing question or need a custom configuration:

  • Use the Support* area inside the dashboard.
  • Visit the public [support page](/support) for help-center articles and escalation paths.
  • For enterprise pricing or bespoke contracts, use the [contact page](/contact).
