# Ottili AI

Ottili AI is the intelligent assistant built into Ottili ONE. It works inside your business context — with the customers, orders, and tools you already have — and it asks for your approval before anything affects the outside world.

What Ottili AI can do

  • Summarise: Turn a customer record, order history, or thread into a short brief.
  • Draft: Write email replies, quotes, messages, and documents from your templates.
  • Plan: Break a complex task into actionable steps.
  • Analyse: Surface insights and recommendations from your business data.
  • Act: Trigger Flows and module actions — always behind an approval gate.
  • How to use it

    1. Open the AI from the bottom-right assistant icon, or use the AI panel inside a record (customer, order, quote).

    2. Ask in plain language, e.g. "Summarise this customer's open orders" or "Draft a follow-up email".

    3. Review the suggestions and proposed actions.

    4. Approve what you want to run. Nothing is executed without your confirmation.

    Approval-first by design

    Every AI action that touches the outside world — sending a message, creating an order, posting content — goes through the approval queue first. You see exactly what will happen, can edit it, and every action is logged for audit.

    Scope and permissions

    In Settings → AI you control:

  • Data scope: what the AI can read.
  • Approval rules: which actions require sign-off.
  • Budget: monthly AI usage limit.
  • Tone: how the AI communicates.

  • Start with read-only requests to build trust, then enable draft-and-approve workflows.
