How it works
Each integration is a connection you authorize once. After that, the connected tool's data becomes available to Business Hub, Ottili AI and Flows — with the permissions you set.
Common integrations
- Shopify, eBay, Kleinanzeigen* — orders and listings into one inbox.
- Stripe* — payments and invoice status.
- Gmail / email* — customer communication in context.
- Telegram, Slack* — alerts and approvals where your team already is.
Good to know
Connecting a tool is read-and-prepare by default. Actions that write back or message customers stay approval-first, so connecting an integration never hands over control.
