Ottili ONE Install & Setup Guide

Set up Ottili ONE step by step: create your company, sign in once with Ottili Auth, install a desktop app if you want one, and open your modules from one dashboard.

This guide takes you from nothing to a working Ottili ONE workspace. It mirrors the same first-run flow used across the platform: one login, one company, one dashboard.

1. Create your company

  • Go to [dashboard.ottili.one](https://dashboard.ottili.one) and start sign-up.
  • Verify your email, then create your company*. In Ottili ONE, every workspace belongs to a company — this is your tenant boundary.
  • Complete your profile (name and role).

2. Sign in once with Ottili Auth

Ottili Auth is the single identity service for all Ottili surfaces. After the first sign-in you use the same credentials across the dashboard, modules, API and desktop apps. You do not create separate accounts per product.

3. (Optional) Install a desktop app

If you prefer a native window:

  • Open the download page and choose Ottili ONE Desktop* or Ottili Coder Desktop*.
  • Pick the build for Windows, macOS or Linux* and run the installer.
  • Launch the app and sign in with your Ottili Auth account.

Your company, modules and data are identical to the browser — the desktop app is just another surface.

4. Open the dashboard

After sign-in you land on the Ottili ONE dashboard — one place for every module: Ottili AI, Ottili Coder, LD3, Business Hub (Ottili HQ), Ottili Cloud, and more.

5. Enable the modules you need

Open the Modules* surface and activate the modules your company uses. Activation is company-scoped: enabling a module makes it available to your company only.

6. Invite your team

From Company & Team*, invite teammates and assign roles. Each member signs in with Ottili Auth and sees the modules their role grants.
