Ottili Shop is the platform-native online store (Saleor-based) that runs inside Ottili ONE. Your products, orders, and customers stay connected to Business Hub — no separate store database to reconcile.

Set up your store

1. Enable Ottili Shop in Settings → Modules.

2. Configure store details, currency, and tax.

3. Connect a payment provider.

4. Publish your storefront.

Products and collections

  • Create products with variants, images, and pricing.
  • Group them into collections for merchandising.
  • Inventory is tracked and shared with Business Hub.

    • Checkout and payments

  • Customers check out with the connected payment provider.
  • Orders flow into Business Hub automatically as orders and invoices.
  • Fulfilment status stays in sync across the store and Business Hub.

    Because the store is part of the platform, a sale updates the customer record, stock, and finance views in one place. Ottili AI and Flows can act on shop events directly.

  • Use the same product data for Ottili Shop and Marketplace Connect to avoid drift.
  • Trigger a Flow on "order created" for follow-up and fulfilment.
