Overview
Monitoring and logs give you the operating picture of your Ottili Cloud infrastructure: whether your instances are healthy, where warnings come from, and where you can trace what happened. Ottili Cloud shares the platform-wide observability of Ottili ONE — the same identity, the same company context, the same audit trail as the rest of the platform.
Ottili Cloud is currently in Early Access* (not generally available). On the public Ottili Cloud page (cloud.ottili.one), monitoring is visible as a capability — health metrics and monitoring alerts are demonstrated there as part of the infrastructure flow. Full self-service monitoring (your own metric dashboards, log exploration and alert rules) is being built out within Early Access and is not yet orderable as a standalone self-service feature.
What monitoring covers
- Health metrics*: status of compute, storage, networking, domains, backups and monitoring itself — shown on the Ottili Cloud page as a connected capability.
- Monitoring alerts*: signals when a component runs outside its expected state.
- Logs*: platform-wide, structured logs and audit entries; cloud-specific log views are part of the Early Access build-out.
- Status*: the live operational status of your cloud components.
Where to look
- Ottili Cloud page* (cloud.ottili.one): the public Cloud page shows the monitoring capability (health metrics and alerts) as part of the infrastructure demo.
- Status page* (/status): the live operational status of Ottili Cloud and its components — operational, degraded or down. During Early Access the granularity may still be limited while the service matures.
- Platform observability*: the shared Ottili Console captures structured metrics, traces and logs through
@ottili/shared-ui— without secrets, tokens or private content.
Status and availability
- Ottili Cloud (product)*: Early Access — not generally available.
- Monitoring on the Cloud page*: visible as a capability (status: available on the public Cloud page), built out within Early Access.
- Self-service dashboards, log exploration, alert rules*: in development — not yet orderable as a standalone self-service feature.
- Status page*: live and available for operational status.
We do not invent metrics, alert types or log history that are not yet measured. Once self-service monitoring goes live, this article will be updated accordingly.
Logs and audit
Ottili ONE records platform-wide what happens — append-only audit logs, cross-service coverage and clear visibility rules (see [Security](/docs/cloud-security)). In Ottili Cloud, every resource follows the same access and audit model as the rest of the platform: the same company context, the same roles and permissions. Cloud-specific log views are built out within Early Access.
