Overview
Ottili ONE is a platform, not a loose collection of separate tools. You start with one login, one company and one dashboard, and every Ottili product runs on the same data, the same auth and the same API. This guide helps you pick the right product for getting started.

Start with the platform
[Ottili ONE](/docs/what-is-ottili-one) is the unified control-plane core: one login, one company, one dashboard. The platform is Live* and usable. Everything else — HQ, AI, Coder, LD3, Cloud, Files, Flows, Shop — runs as a module or engine on that one platform.
So always start from the platform. "Choosing a product" in practice means: you activate the module that solves your next business problem.
Products by business need
Ottili HQ — your ERP/CRM
Status: Live*. Ottili HQ is the AI-powered ERP/CRM and business-automation surface. Lead-to-cash, quotes, orders, invoices and payments live here in one data model. Choose HQ when you want to manage customers, deals and invoices in one connected system. More in the [HQ overview](/docs/business-hub-overview).
Ottili AI — the AI layer
Status: Available*. Ottili AI is the AI control surface of Ottili ONE: AI models, automatic model routing, missions, the Dynamic Workforce Engine (DWE), tool use and assistants. Choose Ottili AI when you want AI in the context of your business — with the data and permissions you allow. See [Ottili AI](/docs/ottili-ai).
Ottili Coder — software automation
Status: Beta*. Ottili Coder is the chat-first software-automation surface: AI code generation, automated code review, developer automation and cloud runs. Choose Coder when you want to automate development work through missions and agents. Details in [Ottili Coder](/docs/ottili-coder).
Ottili LD3 — content automation
Status: Beta*. Ottili LD3 is the content-automation module: source discovery, topic detection, fact extraction, content generation, and draft- and approval-first publishing. Choose LD3 when you want to plan, produce and approve editorial content. Start with [LD3 Content](/docs/ld3-content).
Ottili Cloud — managed cloud infrastructure
Status: Early Access*. Ottili Cloud provides managed compute, storage, database, container and serverless services on OpenStack, operated through an Ottili-owned control plane. Choose Cloud when you want to run workloads on Ottili-managed infrastructure. More in [Ottili Cloud](/docs/ottili-cloud).
Modules you activate inside the platform
These modules run on Ottili ONE and complement the core products:
- Ottili Files* — the central file and storage foundation for users, companies, AI, HQ, Flows and LD3. See [Ottili Files](/docs/ottili-files).
- Ottili Flows* — AI-first workflow automation from triggers, conditions, actions, waits and approvals. See [Ottili Flows](/docs/ottili-flows).
- Ottili Shop* — the platform-native online shop (Saleor-based), connected to HQ. See [Ottili Shop](/docs/ottili-shop).
- Marketplace Connect* — connect to marketplaces. See [Marketplace Connect](/docs/marketplace-connect).
Understanding availability stages
Ottili uses clear availability stages. Use [Understanding feature-status labels](/docs/understand-feature-status-labels) for the exact meaning per module:
- Live* — in production use and supported.
- Available* — generally available, fully supported (GA).
- Beta* — publicly available in a pre-release state; may still change.
- Early Access* — available through an early-access program to a limited group.
- Planned* — announced on the public roadmap but not yet available.
- Concept* — an early product idea under consideration, not yet available.
Recommended fastest path
1. Create your [Ottili account](/docs/create-an-ottili-account) and your [first company](/docs/create-your-first-company).
2. Start with Ottili HQ* to manage customers and invoices.
3. Activate Ottili AI* once you want AI support in daily work.
4. Expand with Coder*, LD3*, Flows* or Cloud* as each need arises.
The Ottili ONE core platform is Live, and individual modules evolve quickly based on real business needs; their availability ranges from Live to Early Access.
